About Pullova

Pullova is a short, opinionated guide to food and rest stops along Balkan transit routes. We are starting with 50 places between Skopje and Thessaloniki—each selected because it is genuinely worth leaving the road for.

The idea comes from operating fuel stations on this corridor and watching thousands of travelers face the same choice every summer. We know where traffic slows, what drivers ask, and which nearby places deserve more than a passing glance.

Our rule is simple: curation comes before promotion. A restaurant or roadside stop can partner with Pullova only after it earns a place on the map. Trust is more valuable than the longest possible list.
